Who We Are
The National Human Rights Council (NHRC) is a registered voluntary organization functioning under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. With its head office in Alathur, Palakkad, Kerala, the Council works extensively across various districts to promote human rights, social welfare, justice, and equality.
We maintain strict transparency, audited accounts, statutory compliance, and lawful functioning as an independent humanitarian body.

Our mission is to protect and promote human rights through awareness, advocacy, and direct support. We are committed to promoting social justice, public education, healthcare support, and community welfare while upholding democratic values and constitutional rights.
